No more stacking blocks or cranking endlessly just to get your trailer level. The etrailer Electric Trailer Jack with an 18" lift and 5,000 lb capacity takes care of the heavy work at the press of a button. The drop leg extends up to 4-1/2" for extra height, so you can quickly go from hitching to leveling in seconds. The powered drive runs quietly and smoothly, even under load, making setup a hands-off, sweat-free process.
This jack’s 12-volt motor raises and lowers your trailer smoothly and much quieter than a hand-cranked model. Built-in auto stop protection prevents overextending, while a 20A automatic reset relay fuse safeguards the motor against overloads—no extra fuses to buy, no worries about burnout in the middle of a job.
Rain, road salt, or blazing sun won’t get the upper hand here. The switches are sealed under flexible rubber boots to keep water out, the crank port has a rubber cover to block moisture, and the tough black powder coat finish fights rust. A canvas cover is included to shield the top housing from UV rays when parked. Combined, these touches help the jack stay smooth-running and corrosion-free through years of use in any climate.
Installation is straightforward—just three bolts through the standard 3"-on-center A-frame mount, no drilling or modifying required. With heavy-gauge wiring and a direct 12-volt connection, most users had it running in about half an hour. The jack weighs 26 lbs and includes a manual crank for backup use. It’s practical, dependable, and a direct upgrade from most factory units.
When daylight’s gone, the built-in LED light on the front of the jack brightens up the coupler area so you can see what you’re doing. Whether you’re setting up before sunrise or parking after dark, the light makes hitching safer and faster without fumbling for a flashlight.

That’s awesome to hear, and it looks like a clean install on your Minnie too. And I like that you called out the internal circuit breaker. That was a deliberate design choice to avoid the hassle of inline fuses, so it’s great to hear that’s something people actually appreciate in real use. Where are you taking the Minnie next?

Brittany is awesome! I'll make sure she sees your review :) I'm also confident you'll have a great experience with the jack - but we are always here if something goes awry :)

Its still working great. Much easier than cranking it, and the light is pretty handy too.

After camping just about every weekend last summer to early fall the Jack preformed just as good as day one. It survived a harsh Wisconsin winter and has been running beautifully this year as of right now. I still recommend it to those looking for new jacks.

Glad you like it, Thomas! This has a 20 amp auto-reset fuse built in, so you actually do not need to add a fuse to it. That said, having a 25 amp one installed isn't going to hurt anything either. What kind of trailer did you install this on?

Electric jack is working very well, uses very little battery capacity. Only issue is no vertical stops up or down before fuse blows. I try to watch the travel of the leg up or down trying to guess when I have gone too far trying to save the fuse. I have a package of fuses in my truck to be sure I dont get stuck somewhere. Included head cover is well made and I faithfully use it, maybe black is not the best choice for my area where it gets over 90°, 4 to 5 months a year. Overall well made and easy to install. I read other answers stating the jack has vertical stops, mine doesnt. Is it working correctly?

Glad you are liking it, James! Well, mostly anyway. I will talk to our product development guys to see what we can do about a longer ground wire. Wouldn't be a bad idea by any stretch of the meaning. What do you tow in your race trailer?
